Tran’s Martial Arts and Fitness Center in Longmont, Colorado is our flagship school headed by Master Vu Tran and his professional instructors, teaching Muay Thai Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do to adults and children. We also offer One on One training, Fitness Bootcamps and group fitness programs. Tran’s is a place to work hard, feel good, and challenge yourself!

Our Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing Program (ages 15 and up) is a fantastic program for anyone, whether they have no martial arts experience or a lot of experience in martial arts. This program was designed for all ability and fitness levels. The classes are perfect for those looking to build lean muscle, lose weight, improve cardiovascular conditioning and of course, get empowered. The high energy classes are taught by professional instructors whose sole goal is to help you improve your mental, physical and spiritual health! Many of our students say “it’s so addictive!” The class length is one hour. Elements of the classes are Warm up/Techniques, Muay Thai pad drills, Plyometrics and Heavy Bag drills.

Our Junior Muay Thai Kickboxing Program (age 4 to 14) is designed to help your child reach their highest potential in life and in school through our amazing “Life Skills” program. The students will learn the importance of self respect, self discipline, goal setting and perserverance all while having fun!!! The physical aspect of the classes will get the students into shape while learning the martial art of Muay Thai Kickboxing. The classes are taught by martial arts professionals who are experts in motivating children. To quote the many students when their class is over “Mom/Dad, I don’t want to leave!”

Since 1998, O’Fallon Martial Arts has been providing instruction in Ju-Jitsu and the Martial Arts in the O’Fallon, Missouri area. Headed by JASON JAMES (THIRD DEGREE BLACK BELT) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, O’Fallon Martial Arts offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in martial arts. We work on muscle strength and toning, regaining flexibility and coordination, and developing stamina.

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is headed by Renato Tavares, who is a world renowned authority in the area of mixed martial arts. He is a fourth degree black belt and an American Top Team trainer. In 2001 he took 1st place in the state Brazilian Pan American and International Championships. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach Jason James teaches the BJJ classes under the guidance of Renato Tavares.

At Gracie Ocala Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in Ocala, Florida, our method of self-defense instruction was developed to insure that students could defend themselves against a real attack. Head Instructor Dustin “Clean” Denes is a Black Belt 2nd degree in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, professional fighter, and world class competitor. He is best known for his accomplished submission skills. He is known throughout the fight world as a most intense driven individual. Dustin has been immersed in BJJ for over a decade now, always studying with the best of Brazil. His schooling comes from Club Carlson Gracie and its affiliated instructors: Ricardo de la Riva and Rodrigo Nogueira, Murilo Bustamante, Jose Mario Sperry, Ricardo Liborio and Marcus Silveira. Dustin has spent more than two years in the brown belt rank, competing against and beating the best in Brazil. Dustin achieved the rank of Black Belt in the fall of 2001. Shortly after, he chose to comete and strive for success in mixed martial arts for years to come. Dustin played a major role in founding and first generation of American Top Team.

You don’t have to be in great shape, you don’t have to be big or strong and you don’t have to have had prior martial arts experience before you can expect to see benefits from training.
