Instructor Rodrigo “LEGS” Grenno was born in 1983 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu under Marcio Cruz “PE DE PANO” (considered the 3rd best fighter in the history of Jiu-Jitsu). “LEGS” began training Jiu-Jitsu in 2001 at the age of 18, under professor Fabio Bastos at Alliance, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As soon as he began training, LEGS discovered his passion for Jiu-Jitsu, training about 8 hours daily and assisting his professor with the kid’s classes. In 2004 LEGS joined Gracie Barra “Bangu,” where he met his current professor Marcio Cruz “PE DE PANO.” LEGS had the opportunity to train with the best Jiu-Jitsu fighters in the world while training in Brazil.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (also known as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) is a complete self-defense system that has been proven in the ring again and again. It is based on leverage and technique and is not dependent on size or strength. XMBJJ head instructor Bobby Thompson has studied under Royce and his instructors since January 2003. In August 2007, Bobby was awarded purple belt by Royce.

Ray’s Combat Kickboxing Haganah Center (RCK) also does business under the name Combat Concepts & Fitness LLC. Chief Instructor Coleman Ray has been studying martial arts from the age of 8 years old and has trained in many systems he holds two 2nd Degree Black Belts in Haganah & The Joe Lewis Fighting System. Coleman is also a Certified F.I.G.H.T. Instructor a Combat Fitness Instructor & has a Degree in Fitness & Nutrition. Susan Ray has been training in Muay Thai, JLFS kickboxing, & F.I.G.H.T. for over 12 years & is a Certified Combat Fitness Instructor.

It’s so obvious to me who’s got the better odds of surviving an attacker regardless of size.
