We know your athletes will benefit from our services. They can be designed for any field or court athletic program. UPC trains athletes on a year around basis. In addition, we now have combative fitness classes were you get to train like a fighter doing workouts that involve the skill sets of Boxing, Kick Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. Also in our Fitness programs we have UPC H.I.T.T. or High Intensity Interval Training these workouts are based on heart rate and proper technique pushing you to new you!

We recently have started our new Mixed Martial Arts Training Academy where you can learn Boxing, Muay Thai, Bjj also known as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Submission Wrestling, and MMA. This has lead to our new growth with the Revolution Wrestling Program which take all ages and skills and teaches the arts of Freestyle, Collegiate, and Greco-Roman Wrestling. We also have The Gauntlet which is a constantly ever evolving course that will shock your body and leave you wanting to do it again! The UnderDawgs Mixed Martial Arts Training Academy (MMATA) is the place if you are interested on taking your passion for combat sports past just fitness classes.

At the UnderDawgs Mixed Martial Arts Training Academy you will be able to learn Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. We have competition teams for youth and adults for those who would like to test their skills whatever your needs in Mixed Martial Arts we can cover them here with our certified instructors all of which compete and have fought all over the world from Japan, Puerto Rico, and all over the US in shows such as Strikeforce.

The purpose of No Limits Gym is to have something for everyone under one roof. We offer several options for everyone. We have kid’s martial arts and self defense classes available now, and coming soon we will have kid’s fitness classes as well. We also have adult classes for all ages and levels at many different times. With our gym there are “No Limits” to how many classes per week you attend! There are “No Limits” to which classes you attend in each category (fitness or fighting). There are absolutely “No Limits” to the goals you can achieve with our help!

We don’t want to be one dimensional in our fitness programs or in our fighting program. We believe in muscle confusion, so in a week’s time we would love to see you run through a variety of weighted exercises, core strength exercises, conditioning exercises, explosive power exercises and muscle definition exercises. We offer a variety of classes that will help you achieve whatever your goals are.

The policy at Hardknocks Gym emphasizes self-respect, respect for others, and camaraderie among members. Respectively, Hardknocks Gym intends to foster genuine relationships and provide an improved way of living through martial art discipline.

Christian Bushido Mixed Martial Arts is a combat system of martial arts where students will be taught real, street effective, self defense techniques and martial arts. It incorporates the styles of Judo, Karate, Western Boxing, and Freestyle Wrestling, as well as U.S. Army Ranger combatives. This system is broken down into four key phases, and a final review phase.

Phase One (Alpha) teaches skills and techniques from white belt to orange belt. Students learn to defend against the most common unarmed street assaults and the basics of this system, as well as beginning a lifestyle of fitness. A rotating curriculum allows students to enter the program at any time.

Phase Two (Bravo) teaches a combination of orange belt to green belt materials. This phase is designed to transition students from beginner material to more advance techniques.

Phase Three (Charley) teaches both green and blue belt material. Students learn to defend against more complex, unarmed street assaults; common attacks by a gun, a stick, or edged weapon; as well as ground fighting, throws, locks, and chokes. Simulated assaults are practiced under moderate to more intense stress induced conditions in order to simulate real life situations.

Phase Four (Delta) teaches purple to brown belt material and will take each student to a new level of self defense proficiency against almost any type of attack. Physical conditioning is emphasized as well.

Review (Echo) The final phase is a review. Students can only enter this class upon instructor approval after completion of the previous phases. This class is for students who desire to become instructors and test for their black belts. The review phase is a rigorous phase that determines what students have learned.
