We will offer a typical all access gym membership also, we will offer an MMA membership which will include any and all MMA training in addition to the all access gym membership.

We have the best instructors, the coolest studio, hottest music, Zumba, Step, GroupTRX, Cardio Kickboxing, Hip-Hop, Yoga spinning and Kettlebells. Classes are for anyone, any age, and any fitness level.

This same journey started in 1928 with Helio Gracie, the father of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Helio created the ulitmate form of self-defense. BJJ uses the principle of leverage to allow even a small weaker opponent to be able to dominate. Practioners build endurance, flexibility and learn time-tested techniques. These techniques make BJJ the most effective martial art in the world. Helio taught these skills and techniques to Master Pedro Sauer. Pedro Sauer is a 7th degree black belt directly under Helio and Rickson Gracie. He is recognized for the superior technical efficiency of his jiu jitsu. He has instructed and personally trained Mike Diaz for over 10 years.

PCBJJ instructor Mike Diaz started his martial arts training over twenty years ago. He earned a black belt in Kajukenbo, an eclectic style that incorporates Karate, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Kempo and Chinese boxing. In 1998 Mike began training with Pedro Sauer. Mike has trained with some of the top black belts including many of the Gracie family. Mike is committed to share these techniques, and the legacy which has shaped him as a practicioner and instructor.

Our PC classes maintain a high level of instruction, along with top physical conditioning. We offer students the opportunity to learn world-class level instruction in a small classroom setting. Whether you are a beginner or experiened practioner, we have the ablity to take you where you want to go.

Kingdom Klub is a serious training facility with experienced instructors. We stand for quality instruction and training. We stand for giving every person the opportunity to develop the skills and conditioning of a combat athlete. We are confident in our methods and look forward to passing the knowledge we have on to our athletes.

We offer detailed training in each of the specific combat disciplines. Athletes can work their ground game with our Grappling and Wrestling Klub and they can develop stand-up skills in our extensive Strike Klub.

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes cover a variety of self defense techniques. Whether defending against a punch, kick, takedown, or joint manipulation, these classes instruct students to become well rounded. Strength, Size, and Speed no longer have to be the determining factors to overcome your opponent.

Eduardo Mori, Head Instructor, is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, specialist in Muay-Thai kickboxing, Kyokushin Karate, and former No Hold Barred Fighter. Eduardo has been living in Utah for the past six years teaching and training fighters. He has continued to go back to Brazil to perfect his skills with some of the best fighters in the world. With 17 years experience, Eduardo has devoted himself to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With his background and familiarity in the “no- rules” setting, Eduardo has been able to train outstanding fighters for Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling competition and No Hold Barred fighting.

Boxing is one of the best total body workouts you’ll find and you have fun while you’re working out, which is important if you want a routine that you’ll actually stick with. Boxing offers you what we call the three C’s. Coordination, conditioning and confidence. It is definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you want to fight or are looking for an excellent and fun fitness routine, then this just may be for you.

Our Beginner classes focus on technique and basics. More time is spent learning than applying. Our advanced classes focus on technique and advanced positioning, footwork and moves. You will spend more time applying what you know in this classes. This class is set up for our members who have a good understanding of the techniques. You will do a lot of sparring and grappling.
