Team Outlaw Freestyle MMA Training Center in Whitehall, West Virginia, is a full scale gym facility for all your workout needs carrying a wide variety of mats, heavy bags, sparring gear, treadmills, weights, etc. We train in MMA, Boxing, Kick Boxing and Jiu Jitsu (Submission Grappling). Team Outlaw started officially in November of 2006 in Fairmont by Rod Michael and Steve Haning.

We have trained together in MMA since 1998. Our goal is to have the team in the mainstream in the next few years. as of 2010,the team is 22-7 in MMA, 5-1 in kickboxing, and have had a couple toughman winners. we’ ve done well so far and are very proud of being the first true mma gym in the area.

Join the fun at Team Extreme Sportsplex, the most state-of-the-art Martial Arts/Dance facility in the area! Our instructors have over 25 years experience in teaching various forms of dance and martial arts. He successfully ran Red Dragon Martial Arts Center for over 25 years, during which time he promoted over fifty people to the rank of Black Belt. Master Crim has held Board positions for many different martial arts assocications and continues to work with the National Kids Safe Network to keep kids safe from predators. He is currently a certified Judge and Referee for the International Contact Sports Federation, one of only two organizations in the United States that sanction Professional Mixed Martial Arts Events. He is also a Fitness and Nutrition Instructor and has written many articles for fitness magazines.
