Well, In my humble opinion, I would have to say that the Ultimate Fighter 9 finale’s matchup of Clay Guida and Diego Sanchez was not only the best fight of ‘09, but also one of my favorite matches of all time. The brutal agressivness of Guida, even while sufferins such crushing blows, was relentless and inspiring. I honestly thought that despite the knees and elbows he took, that he won the fight. I mean seriously, how can you spend that much time controling the ring or being on top, not to mention the ridiculously effective striking and the many times he seemed to come out of situations that would’ve otherwise ended the fight, and still lose the decision. Diego is a great fighter, but Clay Guida got robbed. Absolutely AMAZING fight.

Courture Vs. Nogueira for sure was the most exciting fight I have seen this year. Maybe now that Randy is a LW, He and Lil Nog can have 2010’s most exciting fight with Randy coming out on top this time..

ANTONIO RODRIGO NOGUEIRA VS. RANDY COUTURE was definitely the most exciting fight for me. I thought he was finished multiple times throughout the whole fight, but he kept coming him again and again.
