At Hard Knocks Gym in Phoenix, Arizona, we train amateur and professional fighters. We also have training for the individuals that just want to get in shape and learn some self-defense. Also we have private lessons for those that want one-on-one training. We have studied, trained and have taught for several years in boxing, kickboxing, kenpo karate, and mixed martial arts (MMA). Now our primary goal is to assist you in being the best that you can be. Your best interests are always uppermost in our minds. We are always ready to help you in any way during your training.
