The Lab in Glendale, Arizona, offers outstanding MMA training in the Southwest’s premiere, state-of-the-art facility. With a combined experience of over 100 years in fighting and training, our staff is here to help you enhance your skills through our knowledge and dedication to your goals.
We will teach, train and discipline anyone who is ready to take their workouts to the next level.
The Lab offers flexibility, guidance and the expertise that is required for all levels of interest from the individual fighter to every member of the family. With four training rooms, we are able to teach a wide variety of classes in specialized training areas. The Lab’s expanded hours provide opportunities to train morning and night. In addition, children’s classes correspond to adult classes creating a truly family-friendly environment.
In addition to our elite training center, soon we will launch massage therapy and spa services here at The Lab.
