Triangle Academy is focused on personal fitness and training. We are dedicated to working diligently with the adults and youth of Payson, Arizona to help each member reach their desired results. Mixed Martial Arts training increases cardiovascular health, helps develop unmatched athleticism and builds confidence in those involved. The facility does not contain a lot of “traditional” gym equipment as you might expect because we are mostly class based and less “Self-Service”. Classes run everyday of the week except Sunday’s which are reserved for Personal 1 on 1 training with our lead instructor, Randy Steinke.

Mixed Martial Arts is the fastest growing sport in the World. We are bringing Health and Wellness concepts as well as training and self defense to the Rim Country of Arizona. Our target audience ranges from 5 yr old children to competitive professional fighters. Mixed Martial Arts training increases cardiovascular health, helps develop unmatched athleticism and builds confidence in those involved. These qualities not only help you in the gym, but in everyday life. All of our equipment is new and cleaned daily after each class concludes.

We aim to involve as many men, women and youth in our outstanding physical fitness and training programs as possible.
