  1. Jesus says:

I wasn’t to crazy about this gym, the trainer seem stuck up. They didn’t teach good Muay Thai. I left after one week.

  2. Henry says:

I didn’t care for the striking class the grappling class was ok, but some of the stuff was the same stuff that all schools teach and its nothing that new

  3. Enter The Dark Side says:

The gym is up the hill from my house and I went to check it out, it wasn’t what I had expected. Its ok to start off, nothing new or intereting that they teach and the kickboxing class looked like I could had taught it, it wasn’t that good. I am going to look for another gym in the area.

  4. Matt says:

Great place to work out. All the classes are a great work out and learning experience. The instructors are very helpful and pay attention to detail. I’ve been to other gyms, but nothing has compared to the experience I have experienced at BloodBank MMA.

  5. Amanda says:

Awesome place to train and great trainers. Couldn’t ask for more. Been there since the beginning and never once have thought about training elsewhere. Everyone there is like family, and everyone enjoys each others company.

  6. Erick says:

This is a really good gym to go to if your a beginner or advance. the instructors are very helpful and they give you lots of support when you are there. i love there boxing classes it is very technical and its old school which ive been looking for, and strength and conditioning even though it is very hard and i can never finish it (i play football for mt.sac) but i like the challenge. The instructors Aaron and Alex are both very helpful and they take training very seriously.

  7. Stephen says:

This gym is excellent. I went primarily for the Strength and Conditioning Class and lost over 20 lbs in just 10 weeks. The instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive.

  8. Larry Ortega says:

The gym was nothing I expected, the training in a 4 out of 10. There are a lot of better gyms in the area. I plan to keep checking out other places. If you want to be a true fighter this is not the gym for you, maybe for cardio workout and to just pick something up as a hobby then yes, but to be a fighter no way.
