American Gym is a privately owned, 8,000 square foot gym in Costa Mesa, California. We are currently offering co-ed Boxing, Kickboxing, Sparring, and Muay Thai classes for all levels taught by professional and experienced trainers, with new classes such as Jiu Jitsu and a Boot Camp starting soon. In addition, we have a fully equipped weight room and cardio area to get a complete body workout at incredibly low prices!
