Our facility is 1,000 square feet and includes everything for your boxing needs. We have a ring for sparring and other technique drills, heavy, double-end, uppercut, and speed bags, a 55 inch tv for film study, and open floor space for jump rope, stretching, abdominal work, etc.

CPBC offers classes for all ages and skill levels. There are up to nine different classes a day ranging from beginner, intermediate, to advanced. There are also youth only classes (ages 9-17) and open classes which are open to all skill levels. Our classes range from 6-10 people and are supervised by knowledgeable trainers. CPBC has opportunities for all competitive pro and amateur boxers. We offer sparring, weight control, conditioning, and training camp space.

Private and semi-private sessions are customized to meet your personal needs. We help with everything from diet and nutrition advice, plyometrics, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, to building self confidence and learning self defense. • James Nolan says:

Waste of money, 60 dollars a month, and there is never a trainer in the gym to work with you or teach you, its behind a guys house the owner simon.

The ring is small and its not raised, there are a couple trainers that come in the evening but they dont work with you either.

dont waste your time or money, I have found a gym down the street for a fraction of what this club charges.

  • Samuel says:

New ownership there. Ran as a private club, not a gym. Eddie Sanchez (a true pro) is now running things their.
