Fabulous gym to master any and all MMA skills for competition, for fitness or for any reason. Dartanian is a fabulous instructor, no BS or bull, gives it to you straight. Family atmosphere, no attitude allowed. Everyone is friendly, and fun and you learn from a true black belt.
