Five Claw MMA seriously lacks any jiu-jitsu skills, their wrestling skills are a joke because they only care about learning techniques and then trying to create their own to counter them and their standup is poorly adapted Shou Shu. The kung fu aspect is great, but look elsewhere for MMA training. The MMA here is a joke.
