The goal of Global Mixed Martial Arts Training Center is to attain a physical, mental and spiritual growth for highly motivated boys and girls & men and women who are interested in improving themselves while learning a positive and effective method of self-defense.
We provide you with a complete program in physical conditioning. Our exercises are safe, effective and tailored to your individual needs. Age, sex, physical condition and strength need not get in your way to a more vital and productive life that comes from active training. Our students range from four to seventy-six years old.
Faithful attendance is the key to progress. Although once a week practice is better than no practice at all, it is recommended to train two times per week to gain the benefits that Global Mixed Martial Arts Training Center offers.
For students who wish to excel in karate-do at a faster rate, a minimum of three to four times per week of training is required. Please communicate to your instructor any obstacles so that we may assist you in overcoming them. Overcoming obstacles and experiencing the exhilaration of victory is one way we teach our students how to build self-discipline, confidence and perseverance. Teamwork is essential!
