HPK FITNESS the leader in Total Fitness & wellness. HPK was founded in May 2009 by “MONSTA” Mike, in Los Angeles’ Highland Park neighborhood. HPK is a full fitness facility serving over 200 members, offering a vast variety of classes, services, Programs & Training. HPK prides itself with its unique Martial Arts Programs, such as MUAY THAI KICKBOXING, MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU, ESKRIMA, HAPKIDO, BOXING, TAE KWON DO & SUBMISSION WRESTLING.
We also teach & train the youngest little warriors with Teacher Approved program “Lil’ Ninjas” for ages 3-6.. as well as our Hybrid Kung-Fu/Tae Kwon Do Class for ages 7 & above.
