LA Boxing in Lake Forest, California is South Orange County’s premier boxing, kickboxing and MMA gym for the entire family. We offer classes for men, women and children of all skill levels. Our classes and programs include cardio-blasting boxing and kickboxing group classes, dynamic MMA Fight and Jiu Jitsu teams and an our incredibly popular kids’ classes. Our mission at LA Boxing Lake Forest is to help you achieve your fitness and/or martial arts goals in a unique, high-energy, professional and supportive environment. Most of our members had never put on a pair of boxing gloves or taken a boxing or kickboxing class before joining, yet they always comment how quickly they feel at ease after their first class. The excitement of taking our energetic group classes while amateur and professional fighters train and spar in a nearby boxing ring is simply unmatched. It makes for one of the most dynamic and motivating workouts on the planet. And while working out in a gym alongside amateur and professional fighters may sound intimidating, you will quickly find otherwise – it’s invigorating. That is why half of LA Boxing Lake Forest’s members are female of all ages.

For those interested in our Mixed Martial Arts, Fight Team and/or Jiu Jitsu programs, drop into our Jiu Jitsu or Fight Team classes that meet currently at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
