Liahona Warrior Arts/T-5 Boxing in Sacramento, California, provides the following private & semi-private training for men, women, children and local law enforcement in boxing and martial arts. Our stellar training is only given to two to four students per class, providing more personal training rather than a large group and loss of quality instruction to each individual student.
We offer quality rather than quantity instruction in competitive or non-competitive boxing or martial arts. T-5 Boxing offers the following in: United States Amateur Boxing Federation Instruction (ABF Boxing Training)- mixed martial arts training that includes: muay thai & grappling. Our school also offers self defense training against a knife attack, self defense with a baton, with a cane, or empty hand training. Our school offers south east asian martial arts instruction in indonesian pencak silat (bunga cantik pencak silat) stick & empty hand and weapons based Filipino martial arts. Our school offers a nutritional maintenance program & running program for our mixed martial arts students and ABF boxers.
