I've trained at quite a few over the years and the grappling and bjj instruction is awesome. It's a very well run gym with a great atmosphere (read - "no thugs"). The owner Jake seems like a good guy and they offer plenty of classes to work around my schedule. I would recommend this place for sure. This is actually my favorite school in the area.
