Most fighters are surprised to find this world class facility hidden in the small town of Newcastle. Our gym has been the home of training camps for world champion boxers and top contenders such as Tony Lopez, Willie Jorrin, and Lionel Butler.

Unless you have previous boxing experience then you will start out in our beginner’s classes. In these classes you will learn the basic fundamentals of boxing. You’ll learn how to properly use the heavy bag, speed bag, and double-end bags. You’ll always be learning new things while you get a great workout.
