Riverside Submission was established in 2004. We offer youth and adult classes in Jiu Jitsu, Pankration, Wrestling, mixed martial arts and striking arts. Riverside submission has competition teams at the youth, amateur and professional level. We are dedicated to enriching the community through the discipline of mixed martial arts.

Childrens class: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 4:45, Saturday @ 12:00
Teens Class: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6:00, Saturday @ 12:00
Adults class Monday – Friday @ 1:00, 7:00 Saturday @ 3:00
Heavyweight class: Monday-Friday @ 11:00
Women’s Cardio Kickboxing class: Monday-Friday @ 10:00am
