Rock Boxing Gym in Salinas, California, is a privately owned business providing a bridge between a boxing gym and personal training. We offer everything from the basics to advance training for all beginners and for professional fighters looking to get that edge for a World Championship fight. We provide an assortment of cardio, strength, and conditioning work outs that rivals most fitness center without that “GYM” atmosphere.
