Round 12 Boxing and Fitness Center is located in North Highlands, California. We are a competition boxing gym FIRST and we also do fitness programs, true enough, but those programs are hard. The programs are hard for the first ten days…after that you will be accustomed to working hard and they will become increasingly easier. Boxing is a sport where you do the same moves over and over and over again until they become second nature. Your sub-conscious sees the opening and you throw the punch.
