Shadow Boxing is located in the heart of Los Angeles, California. Walk-ins are welcome. There is no hard-sell about buying a membership, because there are no salesmen. Shadowboxing is primarily a boxing gym, but also private instruction in boxing and kickboxing. If you like to work out on your own schedule, monthly memberships are available.
Shadow Boxing is committed to the individual. With classes that never exceed 12 students, an emphasis is placed not only on conditioning but also on the fundamentals. The skilled staff will teach you movement, body mechanics, technique and ring strategy. And as you hone your skills you are getting an incredible total-body workout. Shadowboxing has a relaxed but professional atmosphere where anybody is welcome, as long as they have respect for others in the gym.
