The Stronghold CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in San Diego, California’s Point Loma neighborhood, is family-owned and operated by Mike and Raquel Cusi and Ray Regno. We offer CrossFit, Jiu Jitsu, Kid’s Classes, Yoga and Pilates. Come by and try us out for a week free. Bring a friend, bring the whole family! We also have free CrossFit workouts every Saturday at 10AM and Open Mat for Jiu Jitsu/Grappling at 11AM!
