this gym is awesome, it has something for everyone, for men & women. it’s cool to be able to work out w/so much cardio equipment & weight machines plus the mma program that is offered. And it’s a huge facility so there is so many things that anyone can do. And its privatly owned by a husband and wife that have a passion for MMA. It’s a great place with a great atmosphere.
