Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness, located in Redlands, California, is the Inland Empire’s premier location for Aerobic and Cardio Kick Boxing workouts. Your first class is FREE!! All aerobic kickboxing classes begin with warm-up then basic punching and kicking moves. Stand-up punching bags are also used for combination punches and kicking. Basic punches include jabbing, hooks and uppercuts. Kicking includes roundhouse, straight forward kick, side kicks and back kicks. Each class closes with a warm-down and stretching. Bottled water, wrist wraps, gloves and many other items are all available at the center. Gloves are available for use in the class at no charge, dependent upon availability. Bottled water is available for $1.00.
