Valdez Kickboxing’s second location in Whittier, California, offers the same quality instruction in Muay Thai as our original location in East Los Angeles!   We combine traditional Muay Thai Conditioning techniques with a no-joke cardiovascular workout that is bound to suit your needs.  We have a proud diverse history of serving communities throughout the Los Angeles area for over 15 years.

There is much to be said about the benefits of martial arts, but what we never get tired of seeing in our facilities is the transforming benefits that Muay Thai Training has on youth.  When most enter our doors curious about the sport, they often find themselves several weeks or months later, with a profound sense of accomplishment and a renewed mindset of discipline and confidence.
