Our main program is an up-to-date, progressive curriculum for the most contemporary and relevant martial arts of today – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Boxing.

303 Training Center is the home of Duane “BANG” Ludwig (K1, UFC, Pride, Strike Force), the creator/head instructor of the BANG Muay Thai Kickboxing program. Professor Duane Ludwig is a truly world class fighter, teacher, and martial artist. His BANG Muay Thai curriculum is for everyone from pros to joes, men and women, to get fit while learning real ring skills from a champion and true professional. We also offer Boxing/Kickboxing classes for basic technique and a fun, effective workout that will get your heart pumping and mind working.
