Strictly Boxing was founded by Rick Lopez, Sr. in Brighton, Colorado in 2007. Since then, it has been home to many types of fighters: Kids and Adults, Men and Women, Beginners and Veterans, Boxers and MMA Fighters, Amateurs and Professionals, and anyone with a Warrior’s Heart!
Our training facility has over 5,500 square feet of space for you to work out on your own or with one of our personal trainers on staff. Our trainers tailor workouts to fit your needs and schedule! With our wide variety of Heavy, Double End, and Speed Bags, you won’t have to wait to get in a great work out. Our gym offers plenty of room for Shadow Boxing, Stretching, and Jumping Rope in addition to Free-Weights for vital strength training.
Head Instructor Rick Lopez, Sr, has over 15 years of experience training Boxers and has trained many MMA Fighters by helping them improve their Stand Up skills. In addition to Rick, Strictly Boxing offers other Personal Trainers to help you meet your goals no matter if you are training for an upcoming fight or want to get into the best shape of your life!
