Welcome to Hai Tran’s Martial Arts & Fitness Center. The Tran’s Martial Arts Academies has been voted one of the top martial arts academies in the Nation! Our professional staff of full-time Black Belt instructors and assistant instructors are here to guide you each step of the way in the development of your martial arts skills. Along the way, you will notice improvement in physical areas such as balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance; and just as importantly, enhanced mental toughness and self-esteem as you progress towards your goals.
We offer a variety of programs for men~women and children we also have special Little Dragons classes for tots starting at the age of 4. Tran’s Academies also offers an award-winning Cardio-Kickboxing, Body Pump and Kick Punch to music classes for all fitness levels. We take pride in creating family and community unity.
