IPACS Karate in Bridgeport, Connecticut, offers many martial art styles and options of training for adults and seniors; so if you are unsure what style is the best option for you feel free to come to watch a class or sign up for a free trial. Besides our various classes available for Children, IPACS offers instruction in Karate, Hapkido/Aikido, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing and Jeet Kune Do for those of age.
Dave and Chris Ipacs are a father and son team with over 70 years of martial arts training between the two of them in different forms of martial arts. They have been teaching for over 15 years to children of all ages as well as adults and have started and run several successful martial arts schools. At IPACS, it is our instructors mission to provide you with the highest quality martial arts training and to create and atmosphere in which you will be motivated to reach whatever goal you have set. We are dedicated to teaching and promoting honesty, courtesy, integrity, respect, self-control, discipline, perserverance and an indomitable spirit with a highly positive attitude.
