New England MMA & Fitness is owned and operated by former World Extreme Cagefighting Heavyweight Champion Brian Olsen. NEMMA is the only true Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) facility in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut Area. With a 20 foot octagon, dollamur flexi-roll wrestling mat, heavy bags and more, you will be sure to experience what it is like to train like an MMA fighter. Everything in this gym is brand new to ensure a first class training experience.
Offering programs in wrestling, jiu-jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing, we aim to train not only professional and amateur fighters, but also those who want to include MMA into their fitness program. The Blue Devil Fight Team is the name of our competitive MMA team; as a new school, our goal is start all our fighters at the amateur level!
