BJJ is the future of mix martial arts. Attended a few classes and loved it.
These guys train HARD !!!! The instructors are awesome and everyone is very friendly.
Excellent instruction! Great group of people. Started in the martial arts in 1989 after the navy,best school I have ever been associated with. Really top notch.

I’ve been to a lot of places and Submit BJJ is by FAR the best. Great group of guys! Many places charge you exorbitant prices for what is basically a social hour a few days a week. These guys are focused, friendly, and hard working. You can’t ask for more for your money. I wish I still lived in Stamford because I would be here everyday. For me Submit is the golden standard that I compare every new place I go to. If you’re not at Submit, you’re doing it wrong.
