Frederick Fight Club, located in Frederick, Maryland, is the finest Mixed Martial Training facility in the Mid-Atlantic, offering Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Bando, Wrestling, MMA, Kids Classes and Self defense classes. Frederick Fight Club is proud to be the largest state-of-the-art MMA training facility on the east coast. FFC also prides itself to be the only MMA training facility in the area to have open gym time everyday! Open gym time allows members the ability to come in and train anytime during FFC business hours.
Frederick Fight Club’s Mixed Martial Arts classes teach students how to combine the best of our Boxing, Burmese Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques. In addition, the instructors will focus on take-downs, working in/against the cage and other skills designed to provide the most versatile training experience offered at FFC!
This curriculum is great for beginners and advanced students alike as our trainers will accommodate the varying levels of experience within each class. With safety as the primary goal and a fun, encouraging environment as a close-second, we are certain that all of our students: male or female, beginner or advanced, adult or teen, will enjoy participating in the world-wide craze known as Mixed Martial Arts!
At Frederick Fight Club, we are also proud to offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the expert and very well-respected guidance of 5th degree black-belt, Professor Roberto “Maguilla” who is considered one of “The Top 5 Best Instructors of the Decade” by public opinion (Black Belt Magazine, ABUDABI page. Sep 2000-Dec 2001).

This place is ridiculous…in a GOOD way! I’ve trained at a lot of places in my 30+ years and I have NEVER seen such a humongous, complete and clean facility in my life! SERIOUSLY!
You walk in and they have a 100% granite reception desk. To the right of that starts 1000’s of square feet of mats. Behind the desk is a real boxing ring (not some cheapo wannabe ring that sits on the floor…this is competition certified!). To the left of the desk is a REAL OCTAGON! Behind that are about 15 different heavy bags & a bunch of bungee/speed bags.
No waiting in line for equipment or mat-space at this place…they rock!
The instructors are all awesome! Some are SWAT guys with decades of fight experience, others are accomplished competitors but ALL ARE DOWN TO EARTH AND MAKE EVERYONE FEEL GREAT and teach each person at their own pace!
They also hold live fights on some Saturdays! 100’s of people show up and have a great time watching good fights and listening to great music.
I’ve been there since they opened and I’ve already won several gold medals in Jiu-Jitsu AND Kickboxing!
They do BJJ, Kickboxing, Kids, Womens Self-Defense, MMA, Wrestling, Boxing and some super-secret SWAT/Special Forces stuff (but they do that after-hours).
The staff sold the place but the facility sells itself!
