Welcome to OSC Martial Arts & Fitness in Ocoee, Florida. We have provided instruction and training in Martial Arts in the Orlando area since February 2004. Offering classes in Cardio Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Muay-Thai Kickboxing, Weapons, Sparring, Hapkido and Mixed Martial Arts. We also have children’s classes as well.
OSC is dedicated to get your life on the right path. This is done by balancing your life between work and pleasure. There is no better way to improve your physical well being, as well as your mental health than by adding a physical regime on a regular basis.
We are on a mission to make you the best you can be in all aspects of your life, starting of by small steps and taking bigger ones as you progress through our well balanced Martial Arts program.
