With over 25 years experience in Wrestling and Martial arts, our goal at Paul Mello’s Extreme MMA in Hudson, Florida, is to teach each and every student the fundamentals of the Mixed Martial Arts taught at this school. We have classes for Mixed Martial Arts (kick boxing/grappling), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Weapons/Kali, and Women’s Kickboxing. We are adding new classes all the time so check back with us frequently!

All students are equally important to us. They will be taught MMA concepts, moves and exercises until they are ingrained into there muscle memory. Through discipline and hard work our students will build self confidence, respect and the ability to react to threats without having to think about it (muscle memory).

Our school has developed a belt ranking system for MMA: our students will be tested at different levels of training and must successfully complete different moves of MMA to earn a belt of distinction. To earn the prestigious rank of a belt is an award and honor to oneself that their hard work and discipline is noticed and noted among the ranks of this school.
