I can’t believe the results I have achieved at Shane’s Fit Club. I started training there about 6 months ago to lose weight and get back in shape, but I have gotten so much more! My body fat is down, my confidence is up, and even better…my clothes fit again! The kickboxing sessions are intense and always changing so I never get bored. I feel so much more prepared after going through many self defense drills and have started learning some Jiu-Jitsu as well. Shane is an amazing instructor, always giving his full attention and always ready to answer my never ending questions! I highly recommend this Dojo for anyone looking to get in shape, learn self defense, or work on their MMA career.
