The Spartan Gym is located in Tampa, Florida, offering training in Mixed Martial Arts, MMA, Vale Tudo, Jiu-Jitsu, No Holds Barred, NHB. If you’re looking for a huge gym with big name instructors, go somewhere else. We don’t have a juice bar, bimbos at the water cooler, wall to wall mirrors, or kids grappling with their friends. Don’t come here if you don’t plan to sweat, feel sore, and get pushed past your limits. You don’t have to be a fighter, but you’re expected to train like one. This isn’t hype, it’s just the way it is.

How much are classes? They’re $100 a month for unlimited training. If you can’t afford that, get a better job. What do you need to bring? Groin cup, mouth piece, hand wraps, MMA gloves, and running shoes. Don’t have those? Get ‘em.

Don’t waste our time and we won’t waste yours. Go everywhere else before you come here. And make sure you’ve checked the entire website. If you can’t find your answers here, maybe you’re asking the wrong questions. The only question you need to answer is, do you have the heart? That’s all we really ask for.
