  1. The Instructors at this gym are the real deal. If you’re looking for training as a MMA Fighter, I highly recommend talking to Mark or Shawn Cook. They have both trained fighters that reached the National level.

  2. Mike Level says:

This is the best gym in the South East hands down. They offer Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxking and Cardio Kickboxing for adults and children. Mark Cook is a retired professional world class kickboxer with a record of 48-2, he also is a 4th level sash in Shaolin Kung Fu, and is the best trainer there is for MMA fighting. He has a strong group of ameatures and 1 pro Tims Stout who just fought live on StrikeForce. Weather you want to get in shape, learn a martial art or train MMA this is the place and it is a family atmosphere with a great group of students who are humble as Mr. Cook is and demands of anyone he trains.

  3. Michele R. Selfe says:

Great coaches, awesome training, great gym! I highly recommend Cook’s.

  4. Gino Smith says:

This is a top notch gym with passionate instructors. The owner Mark Cook is a retired world class kickboxer and 4th degree black belt in Kung Fu and if you go watch his MMA fighter compete you will see the difference from the rest of the crowd very quickly. He maintains a no drama, family oriented yet competitive gym and does so well. No one around here teaches Kung Fu and no one knows how to box or kickbox like this man so if you really want to learn the true art and skills this is the place to go. To top it all off he is cheaper than any gym you can compare to because he seems more in it for the love of the art and sport than the money. There are so many police officers who train here that shows you they know where they the real deal is to deal with their jobs and have that security other than a gun that they can handle a situation.
