Welcome to CrossFit Oahu, Hawaii’s oldest and largest CrossFit Affiliate located in Honolulu, Hawaii. It’s our job to increase your health, your performance, and put a smile on your face. Here at CrossFit Oahu fitness is for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you are out of shape or competing at the highest level. Our program and movements are scalable and adapted to your skill and ability level every session by our Coaches. Each and every member of the CrossFit Oahu staff is genuinely dedicated and passionate about bringing these positive changes to you. If you are interested in coming to CrossFit Oahu, probably one of the main reasons is to get healthy and fit. Luckily for you helping people get healthy and fit is exactly what we do. For us or anybody else for that matter to claim that they can get you fit without clearly defining what “fitness” is, seems kind of sneaky to us.
