  1. Bo Diesel says:

Andre is an “Awesome” Instuctor!! I heard he was gonna open another spot soon right in the heart of Honolulu! THE WASH GYM or something like that!!

  2. Curious says:

Bo Diesel: I want to check it out but first, what are his/ Andre’s credentials? Where did he learn Muay Thai from and from who. How many fights did he have? What kind of certifications does he have? I checked out the website. I’m moving from the mainland and I need a place to train. Thanks.

  3. Joe says:

Great gym! Very welcoming Muay Thai Gym. You will not feel like an outsider in your first class. On your first day of class get there about 15 mins early (5:15) and introduce yourself to Andre by shacking his hand. The only thing you will need your first day is a water bottle. You are never forced to work beyond your limits. Go at your pace and remember to back off if you feel like you need a break.
