Tiger Muay Thai, located in the Harbor Center in Aiea, Hawaii, teaches traditional Muay Thai. Classes are co-ed. All skill levels are welcomed. There are a multitude of students at Tiger Muay Thai. Students started with Tiger Muay Thai for exercise, learn the martial art, and train to compete. Ages range from 20’s to 50’s.

Beginners will learn basic Muay Thai techniques. Training will consist of muscle strengthening drills, muscle memory drills, and cardio exercises. There is no contact between students at the beginners level. Intermediate students will build on their techniques, learning defense and offense combinations. There is an increase in cardio exercises. Light pad work is allowed between students. Light sparring with the instructor will come before any students spare each other. Advanced students will continue learning more combinations. Training will consist of pad work, bag work, and sparring in a competition situation.
