Boise Valley Kenpo Karate/Kickboxing, in affiliation with the Santa Clara Kickboxing Club, is proud to announce the inclusion of Kickboxing to our school curriculum. Under the guidance of Coach Larry Beltramo and staff, we have brought the experience from the Santa Clara, California school to Boise Valley Kenpo Karate.
We combine basic combination drills, bag work, sparring drills along with a variety of conditioning exercises to create an intense workout. Although sparring is not a requirement, for those that want to improve on their fighting skills, this class is an excellent opportunity to do so. Kickboxing is done in all classes along with the conditioning. Our goal is to create a safe environment for all that wish to participate no matter what level of training you have.
