The Integrative Athlete training facility in Sandpoint, Idaho, specializes in the integration of functional movement and holistic training methods. We also achieve fitness and athletic goals utilizing kettlebells, Ashtanga yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts.
We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, and Mixed Mixed Martial Arts classes. We also teach a Kid’s BJJ class that is both self-defense and sport oriented. In the near future we are planning to include classes in Judo and Muay Thai. We are passionate about these particular forms of Mixed Martial Arts, and have extensive experience coupled with a long competition record in each of these arts. We are an affiliate of the Grapplers Guild and MMA Institute.
