United Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness specializes in the arts of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA and Strength and Conditioning from our Northern Illinois facility located in Dekalb. All of our pubilc classes are beginner friendly so get in touch. Whether you’re looking to get fit, learn self-defense or compete in MMA, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or just train socially, United MMA & Fitness can provide the facility and instruction for these goals.
Our Martial arts classes are open to everyone from beginners to advanced, at any age. We offer a handful of the best martial arts around taught by professional instructors in a safe friendly environment.
