For over 40 years, Winning Edge Martial Arts in Park Ridge, Illinois, has been bringing our community the very best in Martial Arts Training. Our goal is to develop excellence in each of our students. We offer instruction in Karate, Kickboxing, Arnis, and Mixed Martial Arts. Our Kickboxing program combines the stand up fighting strategies of Muay Thai, Boxing and American Kickboxing, while our MMA program combines striking and kicking techniques, entries, takedowns, Muay Thai pad work, ground work and sparring. This program is for those who want to train for competition in cage fighting or for those seeking to get into great shape.
