Xtreme Training Center in Plainfield, Illinois, offers a 10,000 square foot facility and is home to Force Wrestling
and Team No Ego MMA. Over 6,400 square feet of matted surface blankets the floor which gives Xtreme Training Center the largest amount of grappling space in the area. The Center houses over 2,500 lbs of free weights, the majority of which are kettle bells and dumbbells.

Utilizing a number of different exercise apparatuses, we use functional training techniques to build overall body strength, while at the same time improving one’s cardiovascular level. Our conditioning workouts can be demanding, but individuals are getting results they never dreamed possible. We offer structured classes for individuals of all levels of fitness, so accept the challenge and give one of our classes a try. You will not regret it.

UFC trainer, Dennis Hughes, runs Team No Ego which has some of the best local talented fighters in the area. He trains UFC heavyweight, Mike Russow, as well as a number of other professional and amateur fighters. Whether you just want a change in your old boring workout routine or you desire to get into the Octagon, our MMA program can help you. Looking to get your child into a program that will teach him discipline, build his/her self-esteem and confidence? Force Wrestling meets these criteria. Force has over 140 members and is a perennial power in the Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation. Many of them also go on to have immediate success at the High School level.
