You will find an ever changing workout to keep your focus. You can choose from boxing fitness classes, TRX strength training or visit with our partner Griffey Muay Thai to get a little more serious about your MMA techniques. We are passionate about changing bodies and changing lives. Ring Side Fitness Center is not your typical “gym”. We give you the fun and fast non-traditional way to lose weight and be healthy.
