Sweet Z’s Gym was established in 1999 by owner/trainer Zach Brunner, who has a background in Muay Thai, Western boxing and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. Constantly evolving the gym has grown from being just a healthy way to blow off steam to encompass a range of classes including boxing, fitness and self-defense. Come check out the club! Sweet Z’s Gym is for anyone interested in boxing, whether it be to learn how to box, to get in shape or for self-defense.
